Stahly Engineering & Associates is thrilled to recognize Ashley Allinson, who has been named one of the Billings Gazette’s 40 Under Forty honorees! For the past seven years, Ashley has been a driving force at Stahly Engineering & Associates, bringing technical excellence and a passion for sustainable design to every project.

Originally from Sheridan, Montana, she holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Montana State University and is dedicated to building infrastructure that serves both communities and the environment. As Stahly’s liaison to the Downtown Billings Association, Ashley enjoys taking part in downtown events and advocating for development and growth. She has provided site civil design for multiple projects in the downtown region, including the Housing Authority of Billings (Homefront Partners) parking lot, Salvation Army-William Booth Village, MSU-B Life Science Building, Opportunity Bank, Old Town Flats, and the Tailwind Management commercial site. In addition to these efforts, Ashley promotes sustainable design solutions and efficient site planning, contributing to a more resilient and sustainable future.
But her impact doesn’t stop there! Ashley is also a fierce advocate for STEM education, mentoring and inspiring young minds to explore careers in science, technology, engineering, and math. Through workshops and community outreach, she’s empowering the next generation of problem-solvers and advancing diversity in the engineering industry.
