Counting Coup (21+)

Coup, pronounced “ko͞o”, meaning to strike. In Native American culture, counting coup is the ultimate display of bravery. It comes in many forms but the most known is to touch your enemy in battle, showing that you could have taken their life and chose not to. No matter the case, counting coup always includes risking one’s life for the sake of honor and bravery.
Counting Coup, in its purest form, is an act of bravery reliant upon steel nerves, glorious ambition, and unfaltering faith. This band brings all these things and more to each performance. Counting Coup, with its rugged, rowdy, and broken sound, is bound to draw you in with soulful leads and melodies while flattening you with lyrics that range from gleeful to heart wrenchingly desolate. It is a collaboration of joy, pain, suffering, understanding, and plain old fun. The band is comprised of Troy Falcon on bass/lead vocals, Toby Falcon on guitar/vocals, Brenden Fritzler on harmonica, and Ken Clark on drums.

Cooper Alan: To The Bar Tour (Day 2)

A rising star with the spirit of a true entertainer, a penchant for outside-the-box thinking and a growing, self-built audience, Cooper Alan is an artist willing to take country music where others have never dreamed – and fans love him for it. Whether it’s a deeply personal, step-by-step romantic saga, or an off-the-wall party anthem, Alan’s music is already some of country’s most fearless work, and he’s just getting started. A native of Winston-Salem, NC, the independent artist has racked up more than 225 million streams, a massive digital presence with more than 14 million followers across all social media platforms, and a touring footprint that sold over 110,000 tickets to date. It all stems from an ability to meet fans where they are – a creative renegade freely mixing musical styles, with boundless energy, sharp writing and often, a sense of humor. But don’t be mistaken, there’s nothing gimmicky about it. After releasing Take Forever, a 5 song EP telling the real-life story behind his wedding in the Fall of 2023, Alan hit the ground running in 2024 with a full Spring headline tour, hitting markets across the United States and making his festival debut in Australia. In the Fall of 2024, Alan will be making his way back to Australia for his first Australian headline tour. Recently named as a 2024 Pandora Ten Artist To Watch and named to the Sirius XM and Pandora 2024 Future Five List, Alan launched single “Take Forever” climbing to number one on Sirius XM The Highway’s Hot 30 Weekend Countdown. With his latest singles “Jesus Saves” and “Suit and Tie (Sixteen Tons)”, Alan takes his first step into the next batch of music to come.

Memphis May Fire with Caskets, Wind Walkers, & Elijah

Please join us for Memphis May Fire with special guests Caskets, Wind Walkers, and Elijah on Tuesday, April 29th in The Pub Station Ballroom.
MEMPHIS MAY FIRE
Memphis May Fire makes anthems for the broken. The four-piece rock band channel a generation’s worth of angst, frustration, and pain, with a focused blend of gigantic melodic hooks and crushing aggression. Even after topping Billboard’s Hard Music Albums chart and breaking into radio’s Active Rock Top 20, Memphis May Fire refuses to sacrifice who they are or the fans who made them.

Memphis May Fire confronts crippling anxiety, violence, disrespect, polarization, substance abuse, and overzealous self-righteousness all over their new music, strengthened by a foundation of hope and renewal at the heart of the lyrics. A new season unfolds for the band, filled with revitalization and renewal. Stripping things down to their core elements, hearkening back to the basement band days when they created the songs their fans cherish the most, Memphis May Fire rekindled the spark within to build a blazing inferno of riffs and inspirational words, as 2021’s burst of new music demonstrates.

“I couldn’t be prouder of our new material,” frontman Matty Mullins declares. “We have melodic songs, with a sense of maturity to them, without sacrificing the energy that we still want to have live.”

The latest outbursts from Memphis May Fire were both produced and mixed by Kellen McGregor, the band’s guitarist who co-founded the group roughly 15 years ago. The longtime rhythm section of bassist Cory Elder and drummer Jake Garland inject the songs with infinite depth and focus. Cameron Mizell, who coproduced 2014 fan-favorite Unconditional with McGregor, produced Matty’s vocals.

Memphis May Fire functions as a sonic confessional, in opposition to the dark brokenness engulfing so many in the modern age, an idea stretching back to the band’s first full-length album, 2009’s Sleepwalking. Songs like “Miles Away,” “No Ordinary Love,” “Beneath the Skin,” “Vices,” “Stay the Course,” and “Carry On” account for 100 million views on YouTube and millions of on-demand audio streams. It’s a testament to the energized connectivity between the band and their audience.

The unity of purpose is palpable at a Memphis May Fire show, as both the audience and band share their life experiences, dreams, and fears, through the power of transcendent music. As important as it is to see the light at the end of the tunnel, there is a great strength to be gained from a sobering, stark look at how it feels to be in the throes of adversity. Memphis May Fire crafts the sound of hope from struggle, delivered by a dedicated group of men who aspire to something more with their art.

The Devil Wears Prada with ERRA – Metalcore Spring Break Tour

Please join us for THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA with ERRA and special guests Kingdom of Giants and Acres Metalcore Spring Break Tour on Wednesday, April 30th at The Pub Station Ballroom.
THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA
The Devil Wears Prada have been consistently delivering since forming in 2005. Fans voted 2009’s seminal With Roots Above and Branches Below one of the 5 Greatest Metalcore Albums in a Revolver poll, with the magazine christening it “a true metalcore landmark.” The group has notched six consecutive Top 5 debuts on the Billboard Top Hard Rock Albums Chart, including Dead Throne [2011], 8:18 [2013], Space EP [2015], Transit Blues[2016], The Act [2019], and ZII EP [2021]. The latter served as a sequel to one of their most beloved projects — 2010’s Zombie EP. In the wake of the EP, the group exceeded a-quarter- of-a-billion cumulative streams and views. During 2021, the musicians decamped to remote hideaways together in Wisconsin and Desert Hot Springs, California. This time around, Jon took the reins as producer, collaborating closely to assemble a rich sonic architecture for what would become Color Decay.
ERRA
Hailing from Birmingham, Alabama – ERRA has continuously brought titanic riffs, enchanting melodies, and immersive soundscapes to each of their progressive metal albums. They have been described as part mind-altering substance, part meditation, reveling in each musical moment of exultation.
ERRA regularly appears on tastemaker playlists like Kickass Metal on Spotify and has charted multiple times on the Billboard’s Heatseekers Albums at No. 1. Most recently ERRA’s sixth album, CURE, strengthens and deepens the forward-thinking progressive metalcore they built their reputation on. It’s an album full of atmospheric ecstasy and moody groove on the heels of their stunning 2021 self-titled set. CURE charts an ambitious course for ERRA’s next era.
They’ve toured extensively, with bands including Bad Omens, TesseracT, Ice Nine Kills, Dance Gavin Dance, August Burns Red, and Wage War and continually headline their own sold out tours all across the world.

Dirtwire: Pyrochrome Tour

Please join us for Dirtwire on Sunday, May 4th in the Pub Station Ballroom.
DIRTWIRE:
Dirtwire stands poised between ancient Mother Earth and modern technology, a blend of ethnomusicology and the psychedelic trance state, gut-bucket delta blues and what the band variously dubs “back-porch space cowboy blues, swamptronica, and electro-twang.” It’s a sound informed by Dirtwire’s travels and performances around the globe, where East meets West and North joins South. From the favelas in Brazil, Femi Kuti’s Shrine in Lagos, Tokyo’s bluegrass clubs, Ayahuasca ceremonies in Central America, Gamelan performances in Bali, desert festivals in the Australian Outback, and the 20th anniversary of Kazakhstan’s modernized new capital Astana, the band spreads its message by building bridges across musical cultures in their own unique way.

Dirtwire plays an array of instruments both ancient and modern, including West African kamale ngonis, jaw harps, space fiddles, whamola basses, Rickenbacher electric 12 string guitars, bowed Banjos and mouth harps from around the globe, all interwoven into modern laptop beat creation. Hailing from the underground west coast electronic bass music scene Dirtwire finds itself at the forefront of experimental electronic music production mixing in their wide array of world instruments with sampled beats and 808’s. Dirtwire’s live shows are a communal psychedelic journey, ranging from down home boot stomping get downs, to bass and blues electronic mashups, to ethereal cinematic beat driven soundscapes. Woven into each is the exploration of where live instruments meet computer production, and where tradition meets experimentation.
