Saturday, April 20th, (wink, wink) we have another FREE ADMISSION show in our ongoing Movie Buffs series for you and the family to come see! This month, we will be playing the visually stunning 1951 Walt Disney adaptation of ALICE IN WONDERLAND! Spending the sunny afternoon with her sister in a field, Alice follows a white rabbit down a rabbit hole and is transported into the phantasmagoric world of Wonderland, full of odd characters and kaleidoscopic visuals! Trying to find her way back home, Alice is subjected to many a strange encounter, plenty of musical numbers, and the looming threat of the evil Queen of Hearts!
Nancy Belinak Kids’ Book Presentation
Join local author Nancy Belinak for a presentation of her new children’s book You Can’t Lay an Egg. She will read the story and also have related activities, so this is a fun event for the whole family!
ArtWalk at the Billings Symphony office
Please join us at the Billings Symphony office on April 5th from 5-9 pm for the Downtown Billings ArtWalk and First Friday event. We are thrilled to have the talented students from Lame Deer showcasing their art forms. Special guests, including Grammy winner and Silkroad Artist Kojiro Umezaki, violin prodigy Luke Minton, and the Morning Star Singers, will also be making appearances. Enjoy live musical performances, exquisite artwork, dancing, and drumming by these amazing students.
Tuck Everlasting – Youth Production at NOVA
Based on the novel by Natalie Babbitt, this story asks the question, “What would you do if you had all eternity?”. Eleven-year-old Winnie Foster yearns for a life of adventure beyond her white picket fence. Not until she becomes unexpectedly entwined with the Tuck Family does she get more than she could have imagined. A Youth Conservatory production directed by Samantha Pfeifer.

This final show of the 2023-24 NOVA season brings music, dancing, fun and enchantment to the stage! A Lerner & Loewe musical, this whimsical tale tell the story of two American tourists who stumble upon a misty little Scottish town that only awakens once every one hundred years. An enjoyable event that takes you solo, as a duo, or as a team (Maximum 6 golfers per team) to over 20 putt-putt holes at business locations all around downtown.
- Team Tickets are $42 and cover 2 to 6 players.
- At check-in golfers will sign a waiver and get a score card and loaner golf ball.
- Golfers will be invited to vote for their favorite hole location. The location with the most votes will receive a $150 check from the Downtown Billings Association.
- Bring your own putter (BYOP)! Some hole locations may not have one available.
- Golfers who drop their scorecards at the final hole at Hooligan’s Sports Bar can win gift cards to downtown establishments!

WHAT TO BRING:
- 🏌🏾♂️ A Golf Putter (there will be limited loaner putters available so we encourage you to bring your own).
- 👟 Comfortable Walking Shoes (be prepared , the courses spread multiple blocks of downtown).
- Other Suggestions: A hat, layers in case of inclement weather, scooter/bicycle to help get around, water bottle, sunblock.
Check-in Location: 29th St. Alley (next to Empire Salon at 212 N. 29th St.)
- Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to your tee time: 10:30am tee time (10:00 am check-in) or 12:30pm tee time (Noon check-in).
- All team members check-in together to pick up their scorecards and loaner golf balls.
- You’ll receive your course map & tee off hole location at check-in
- All team members will need to sign a liability waiver at check in view waiver here. A legal parent or guardian must sign on behalf of any minor (under 18 years of age).
On-Street metered Parking spots are FREE on weekends.

Auditions for BRIGADOON at NOVA
Directed by Precious McKenzie, Brigadoon is a wistful musical classic about two American tourists who stumble upon a magical village in the Scottish Highlands. The village seems like a place that time forgot and the tourists learn that this place only appears in the mists once everyone hundred years.
Auditions are open for adults with a select number of roles for children available as well. Auditioners should prepare to sing a song from Brigadoon and one other piece of their choice. Come prepared to read from the script, and be prepared to dance. Scripts will be
available for check out at the NOVA Box Office. Performances will be June 14, 15, 16 & 21, 22, 23.

Neil Simon’s “Barefoot in the Park” at NOVA
One of the most loved comedies by Neil Simon. Newlyweds Corie and Paul Bratter are over the moon to begin their life together in their new apartment in Manhattan. Paul is a straight-laced lawyer and Corie is a romantic free-spirit. A wild night ensues as Corie attempts to set up her conservative, widowed mother with their eccentric bohemian neighbor.
