Montana residents can apply in person or you can start your application process online HERE and complete the process in-person at the Billings Library Circulation Desk. Remember to bring a valid photo identification with current address and birth date to receive a library card.
Residents of Montana are eligible for a library card at no charge. Non-residents of Montana may purchase regular library cards for $20 per quarter (every three months) or $75 per year.
