BIRD a 501(c)6 revitalizes the EBURD with joint effort with the City, using TIF for projects that support existing outfits, attracts new ones, and foster vibrant community spaces!!
Billings Industrial Revitalization District is contracted with the City of Billings to manage the East Billings Urban Renewal District (EBURD) Tax Increment Finance process. It is led by a local board of directors representing the businesses, property owners in the BIRD.
