The Downtown Billings Alliance’s Business Improvement District Street Team woke up early Saturday to install holiday lights along Broadway, Second Ave. and 29th St. in downtown Billings. The team added 20 new snowflake lights to their repertoire this year and got them all installed and working as the winter holiday season approaches full swing. here.
