Our mission is to make Downtown Billings the preferred place to work, live and play. Events are part of the “play” in our mission and DBA has been putting on events for years.

42nd Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Celtic Fair
This annual FREE community event has been a tradition in the Billings community for 42 years. It features a parade of over 40 festive floats along with the Celtic Fair & Street Party that fill the streets below Skypoint with the scent of street food and the festive sound of music, cloggers, bag-pipers.- 11:00am - 3:00pm

HarvestFest celebrates the changing seasons with a rich diversity of arts and crafts, mums, pumpkins, jams, face painting, balloon twisting, pies, and the final offerings of locally grown produce.- 9:00am - 4:00pm
