Extra Hands Needed for Downtown Summer Events: Alive After 5 & More!

Our non-profit organization promotes and advocates for a vital city center through programmatic and place-making elements like event management, business development effort and projects, TIF district management, public art, green space development, and other downtown beautification projects.

We need extra helping hands to make our upcoming summer events successful and fun. Below you’ll find the upcoming events on the downtown calendar where your help would be appreciated.

Saturday, July 9th

Strawberry Festival

This long-time cherished community event is Billings largest street festival and kicks off the summer event season. In the heart of our urban center, experience rich diversity in arts and crafts, the scents of food-truck fare from French Crepes, noodle bowls, to BBQ, over 90 merchants, live street entertainment, and pallets and pallets of fresh Montana sourced berries. The Strawberry festival offers up fun activities for all ages.

Alive After 5

Alive After 5 is Downtown’s most anticipated summer concert series that takes place Thursday evenings this June, July, and August, from 5:00pm -8:00pm at a different outdoor venue in downtown Billings.

Volunteers Perks:
A beverage voucher, unlimited water, & a wristband for volunteers over 21 years old.
