Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is a science: a technology.  We use a combination of breathing techniques, physical exercises, mantras, and hand mudras to achieve a desire physical effect. Then we end class with a meditation to achieve a state of peace and joy.  The classes are varied from week to week.
