Billings Public Library: Girls Who Code Club Kick-Off Party

September 14 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Free

Billings Public Library’s Teen and I.T. Services have created a new teen coding club in partnership with Girls Who Code. Girls Who Code is a non-profit organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in technology.

This is a FREE after-school computer science program where participants will explore simple online coding, interactive activities, and learn about inspiring role models. All youth, regardless of gender, from grades 6 – 12 are welcome to join. Participants can sign up and meet other members at our Kick-Off Party, September 14th at 4:00PM. Additional club meetings will occur Tuesdays 4:00PM – 5:00PM and Saturdays 2:00PM – 3:00PM every week during the months of September and October.
