Join us November 14 at 5:00PM for the opening of our Americans and the Holocaust exhibit, a series of programs and events running from Nov 14 – Dec 14. Director Gavin Woltjer will open the series followed by Rabbi Uri Barnea, a second-generation Holocaust survivor, who will discuss the exhibit’s importance. At 6:00PM, Dr. Jennifer Lynn will present on the Jewish Holocaust in Europe and explore American cultural influences that negatively affected Jews in this country and those seeking asylum in it. Americans and the Holocaust: A Traveling Exhibition for Libraries is made possible by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum and the American Library Association.
