2023 St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Celtic Fair

March 18 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

The downtown St. Patrick’s day celebration includes a St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Celtic Fair Street Party that all takes place the Saturday nearest St. Patrick’s Day. The St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Celtic Fair presented by Downtown Billings Alliance & Hooligans Sports Bar has been a tradition in the Billings community for 40 years. This annual parade celebrates our community’s Irish American heritage and features over 40 festival floats and the Celtic Fair & Street Party fill the streets below Skypoint with the scent of street food and the festive sound of music, cloggers, bag-pipers.  Expect live entertainment and amplified music, a festive atmosphere with outdoor family-friendly activities, food trucks, and more.. These events are free for the community to attend.

Vendor space is very limited in the Celtic Fair. There are less than 20 vendor spaces available in the full 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Celtic Fair. All Celtic Fair Vendor applications will be juried. Application deadline February 20, 2023.

Vendor applications are now closed and finalized. 

** If you are a vendor who needs very little set-up time, can walk your booth into an area, and can be ready within minutes of arrival there are 6 to 8 additional vendor spaces available in the Celtic Fair once the parade is over. The vendor rates for the post-parade pop-in vendors are lower. These spaces become available after the parade from 12:30pm to 3:00pm and cannot be accessed by the vendor prior to 12:30pm.
