Downtown Billings’ first public restroom opened in August 2023. The restroom is located in a highly trafficked location West of the Park 3 Parking Garage entrance (210 N. 27th St.). And now we are smoothly entering the restroom’s third year as a year-round downtown amenity. This facility is maintained by our Business Improvement District (BID) Street Clean Team. The success of this facility has been notable for our downtown community.
