The local live music venue, Craft Local, has relocated to 2501 Montana Avenue. This new location is a simple half of a block West from their initial Montana Avenue location, opened in 2017.
Craft Local provides a space for artists and musicians to showcase their work and entertain the community. In just a short time open, the venue has quickly become a popular downtown evening out destination for community members and visitors alike. Craft Local hosts a vibrant live entertainment evening schedule and offers up a taproom feel with a bar that includes local brews and a good wine selection.
The new location is location is at the corner of a vibrant downtown block, with only a back alley and Light Bike between them and one of Billings larger live music venues, The Pub Station. Montana Avenue is one of downtown Billings historic districts and Craft Local’s newest space has loads of historic charm being in the ground floor of the historic Hotel Carlin. Most recently a local coffee house, the historic space has been home to a number of different ventures, including a popular night club known as the ‘Carlin’ in the early 2000s. Visitors will find this location easy to visit, located within walking distance of almost all downtown shops, restaurants, breweries, museums, and entertainment.
