Put your whole families artistic and creative abilities to the test with the 2025 Halloween Grand Prize Painted Pumpkin contest sponsored by TDS Fiber! Design your pumpkin to be as silly or scary as you like, and TDS Fiber will decide who’s created the most genius gourd!
About:
There are 3 Age Categories:
- PreK-3rd Grade
- 4th Grade-8th Grade
- HS-Adult
The winner in each age division will win a $50 Downtown Billings Gift Card.
The three winners will be announced by TDS Fiber on the Downtown Billings social media & shared with members of the Billings media on Friday, October 31st.
Contest Details & Rules:
- You may use Paint, stickers & other craft materials to decorate your pumpkin
- Please use pumpkins no larger than 36″ in circumference.
- Bring your decorated pumpkin & completed submission form to the Downtown Billings Association (DBA) Office before October 23rd between the hours of 10am and 3pm. Address is 102 N. 29th Street.
- Your design can include a minimum of 1 or maximum of 3 pumpkins.
- All designs must be in good taste and appropriate for viewing by the public and families. They must be absent of adult, political, and religious themes. No frightening, scary, violent, gruesome, or bloody entries accepted. (the DBA reserves the right to deny inappropriate or offensive submissions).
- Submitted pumpkins will be on display street level at the Downtown Billings office (102 N. 29th St.)
- The community will be encouraged to come view the pumpkins on display from October 27th through October 31st and called to vote online at the pumpkin painting event page on downtownbillings.com
- You may pick up your pumpkin from the DBA office between 3pm & 5pm on Friday, October 31st OR Monday, November 3 (9am – 4pm)
- All pumpkins not reclaimed by 4pm on Tuesday, November 4 will be removed and discarded
- The winner of each age group will be the pumpkins with the most votes in their age category.
